filter, remove static blocks from overview grid, optionally expand to all auto-generated rules. closes https://github.com/opnsense/core/issues/3312 - remove "Block all IPv6 traffic" block - remove "Anti-Lockout Rule" block - remove "Block private networks" block - remove "Block bogon networks" block - add all plugged-in filter rules for the selected interface
