PC-BSD/trueos 585c48d — libexec/rc/etc.init.d Makefile
Switch /etc/init.d/* to using FILES rather than CONFS, this will prevent the creation of .pkgnew files each update, and instead clobber the init.d/ files as updates land. This fixes #212
